Lucas Moody is the Head of Security Technology at Twitter, focused on product security, security operations, and security engineering in service to the protection of the brand and the product platform at Twitter.  Prior to Twitter, Lucas was VP & CISO at Rubrik, and VP & CISO at Palo Alto Networks, responsible for delivering enterprise and product services to protect customers, employees, and shareholders from security-related risks. 

Lucas is a technical security leader with a breadth of experience spanning B2B and B2C companies across technology, financial and retail sectors.  He is a global-minded technology executive noted for his ability to drive security outcomes while enabling growing businesses to thrive.  His passion for technology, for security and for building amazing teams has culminated in a successful career in supporting companies thrive during periods of growth and change. 

Finally, outside of work, Lucas’ passion is watching his three daughters plunge into the world of technology with gusto. Lucas also enjoys water sports, winter sports, the outdoors, road trips, gaming (both board and video) and food.
